Because of its popularity and quality, it was selected by a national Pizza chain to be featured in one of their specialty pizza, Papa John’s Pizza El Perron. It is the first toping to be used by a national pizza chain on a Latino pizza. It has met its Gold Standard of Quality.

• Jalapeño: Our Jalapeño chorizo is a fresh and spicy take on our Mexican Chorizo. We use ripe green and red jalapeños to add a nice bite to a very flavorful chorizo.
