El Perron

popular and well-known Mexican chorizo. It packs a punch with lots of

chain to be featured in one of their specialty pizza, Papa John’s Pizza El
Perron. It is the first toping to be used by a national pizza chain on a Latino
pizza. It has met their Gold Standard of Quality.
